Frequently asked questions
How long does the whole process take?
From the first measurement to a fully installed kitchen: typically 8 to 11 weeks. 1 to 2 weeks for design, 6 to 8 weeks for production, 2 to 3 days for installation.
Is the home measurement really free?
Yes. We come to your home, measure, advise, and prepare a 3D visualization at no cost, within 130 km of either branch.
Do you install kitchens yourselves?
Yes. Delivery and installation are done by our own team, not subcontractors.
Can the kitchen be customised to non-standard dimensions?
Yes. Cabinet widths can be made-to-measure outside the standard 60, 90, 120 cm range.
What appliances do you work with?
We integrate any brand the customer chooses (Bosch, Siemens, Miele, Neff, Samsung, AEG, and others). Appliances are quoted separately.
What payment options do you accept?
Bank transfer is standard. Cash is accepted in person, at the studio or on delivery and installation.
What is the warranty?
Manufacturer warranty on cabinets, fronts, and worktops per supplier terms. Installation workmanship is covered by our own warranty.
Do you ship outside the service area?
Delivery beyond 130 km is possible by arrangement; the customer covers the additional transport cost.
